Research 
Mariia Churilina is a doctoral student in Social Work at the School of Health and Welfare. Her doctoral project is about strategy and leadership development within social welfare. She is interested in how leadership development initiatives in social services affect social services at different levels. The overall purpose of the thesis is to explore how leadership development processes are reflected in organizational culture, processes, and structures. The thesis will include studies with both qualitative and quantitative methods. 

Biography 
Mariia received a master's degree in Business Administration from Jönköping International Business School in 2021. She has professional experience as an HR specialist, with a particular focus on recruitment and talent development. Mariia wanted to continue with research to create change for organizations in the public sector.
