This four storey dormitory style house is situated in the middle of the city centre. The University is only a five minute walk away.

The bottom floor of the Delta House is occupied by a night club, and the first floor by an office. The second floor might sometimes be noisy from the club. Step outside and within minutes you have everything you need within reach, including food shops, restaurants, shops, gyms, clubs and the central bus/train station.
