Should I upload/send certified copies of my language tests?

For IELTS:
A regular copy is sufficient, as we can verify your result online.

TOEFL:
A regular copy is sufficient  as long as we get access to your result via our institution code: 8487.

Cambridge:
A regular copy is sufficient as long as you make the results available to Jönköping University through your candidate page.
