Family Entrepreneurship 5 credits
This course delves into the critical role of family owners in developing and renewing family businesses, emphasizing interpersonal dynamics in entrepreneurship. We examine the unique challenges faced by entrepreneurial families, including entry and exit decisions, succession planning, and portfolio management. With an international perspective, it caters to individuals interested in starting, entering, acquiring, or succeeding in family businesses, with a focus on establishing strong business relations within this prevalent organizational structure.
Prerequisites
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (or the equivalent), (i.e. the equivalent of 180 ECTS credits at an accredited university) and a minimum of 7.5 credits in entrepreneurship. Proof of English proficiency is required.
