Managing Sustainable Career Development throughout Multi-dircectional Careers 7.5 credits
Do you work with career-related issues related to education and working life? Do you meet people in your work who need support in career development? Career as a phenomenon is under transformation given both societal and work life changes, along with technological development which also poses major challenges for individuals, organizations and career guidance professionals who provide career guidance support in different positions and sectors. The course is aimed at those who need to deepen their professional knowledge of career and career development in a changing working life, and how changes affect individuals, organizations, education and labor market. The course is well suited for those who are active in career guidance counselling areas, professionals within HR areas working with recruitment, learning and development, and the retaining of staff. Also, professionals working at employment agencies, job centers, or other related areas may benefit from this course.
Prerequisites
The applicant must hold the minimum of a bachelor’s degree (i.e. the equivalent of 180 ECTS credits at an accredited university) with at least 90 credits in Education, Social science, Social Work or Study and career guidance. English proficiency is required.
