Overview

The programme fills the increasing need for leaders, in both for-profit and not-for-profit organisations, of initiating and managing change processes. We recruit students who are interested in the management of change and innovation, with a particular emphasis on ecological and social sustainability. The programme is designed to foster an entrepreneurial and responsible mindset, so that as a graduate you are able to launch and manage new initiatives – or renew existing practices.

You will be well-prepared for work in the private, nonprofit and public sector – and for post-graduate study. The programme provides a solid foundation for a position in general management, and in particular equips you for work as a project leader, business developer, or sustainability manager. This programme includes course projects with organisations.

During your studies you will interact with students from other cultures and be taught by an engaged and international faculty team.

In this programme you have the possibility to do a 10-week internship during your elective semester if you don’t choose to study abroad at one of our partner universities. This internship can be done anywhere in the world and is a great opportunity to see how you can apply economic theories and tools to real-life problems.

The fourth semester offers plenty of options to specify. Either by studying abroad at one of JIBS' recommended partner schools, or by taking elective courses of your choice at JIBS, which also allows you to do an internship in another country.
