About the programme:
In an increasingly globalised world, there is a growing demand for individuals who understand dynamic flows, change management, logistics, and entrepreneurship. The Master in Global Management programme provides the knowledge and skills to operate in an international business environment, leading change and sustainability efforts.
The programme focuses on giving you a broad understanding of the data-driven and culturally dynamic global marketplace where information and communication are crucial for success. You will also study courses in entrepreneurship and leadership, with a focus on social sustainability, business management, and corporate social responsibility. All teaching is conducted in English, further preparing you for an international career.
Through projects and group work, you will have the opportunity to enhance your planning and collaboration skills with peer students from around the world. In the second year, you can specialise through elective courses, either abroad or at JIBS, or through a corporate internship. The programme concludes with the completion of your master’s thesis.
Upon graduation, you will be well-prepared for a career abroad as an international business developer, project manager, change manager, entrepreneur, consultant or operations manager.
After completing the programme, you will be eligible to apply for the PhD programme in Business Administration at JIBS as well as other PhD programmes in Business Administration worldwide.

After graduation
The programme has a global and cultural focus that will prepare you for an international career after graduation. Examples of future titles are International Business Developer, Project Manager, Change Manager or Operations Manager.
The programme prepares you for doctoral research education.

Internship
During the second year, an internship is included to give you the opportunity to get practical experience, either in Sweden or abroad. As a student, you get the chance to collaborate with companies on various projects during your studies, and participate in guest lectures given by company representatives.
Study abroad
During the second year, you get the opportunity to study a semester abroad at one of JIBS' recommended partner schools. During the semester, you can specialise your education, while developing your intercultural awareness and expanding your understanding of the business.
