About the programme:
As technology transforms our digital interactions, the demand for professionals with advanced knowledge of cutting-edge technologies and a deep understanding of human-digital interaction is growing. With your expertise, you will lead the way in creating products and systems that prioritise user satisfaction and productivity.
The master’s programme provides an in-depth understanding of how to create innovative and competitive products. You will gain comprehensive knowledge of human characteristics and how people interact with technology. Additionally, you will explore how cutting-edge digital technologies, like machine learning and recommendation agents, can enhance user experience, meeting modern demands for usability and productivity. The programme also equips you with the skills to become a future leader and drive innovation.
During your studies, you will take courses in cognitive psychology, consumer behavior, ethics and privacy, web personalisation, and leadership. The programme is international, and all courses are taught in English, as you will study alongside students with various academic backgrounds from all over the world.
As a graduate of this programme, you will possess the skills and knowledge to redefine digital experiences and influence the rapidly evolving tech landscape. Whether designing products, managing teams or pursuing advanced research, this program positions you as a leader in creating impactful, user-centric innovations.
You will be well-prepared for an international career in digital technology in potential roles including technical or design consultant or lead, product owner or manager, product designer, project manager, user (experience) researcher, or R&D engineer.
After graduation, you will be eligible to apply for the doctoral programme at JTH, as well as many other doctoral programmes worldwide.

After graduation
On completion of this master’s degree, you will be ready to work in various roles within digital technology such as technical or design consultant or lead, product owner or manager, product designer, project manager, user (experience) researcher, and R&D engineer. On graduation, you will have acquired in-depth knowledge and skills to create and contribute to the next level of user experiences in digital technologies. The program is also a good foundation for further studies at a third cycle level.
