Being able to act quickly in an emergency can be the difference between life and death. Every year, thousands of people suffer sudden cardiac arrest, and the time it takes to respond is crucial for survival. That’s why it is important that we, as colleagues at the university, have the right knowledge to step in if something happens to a coworker, student, or visitor.

By participating in the CPR training, you will gain practical skills in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and learn how to manage life-threatening bleeding using pressure bandages. The training is simple to complete but can make an enormous difference when every second counts.
