Remote Student Health Care

In these very special times, with less social contacts and a new way of studying, feeling lonely and anxious is quite natural. If you feel that you need someone to talk to or have questions and concerns, do not hesitate to contact the JU Student Health Care.

As a student, you still have access to our counsellors at the Student Health Care. We have a secure technical solution which means that we can continue to offer counselling remotely. If you want to get in contact with the Student Health Care, send an email to studenthalsan@ju.se and then, after the case review has been completed (the review is done at the start of each week), you will be offered a time. The counselling is then conducted via a secure video solution, through your phone, without having to download any app or equivalent.

For the moment, we do not have a nurse available at Student Health Care. If you need help regarding your physical health, please call 1177 (+46 771 11 77 00) or call your Health care center. International students, please call Wetterhälsan/health care center (+46 0)10 242 66 77.
