Think before printing

The prevailing paper shortage in Europe has led to delivery problems for our suppliers. JU employees and students are urged to review their paper consumption.

There has been a paper shortage in Europe since September last year. The reasons are closures of paper mills and reduced imports of paper. There has also been a paper strike in Finland that has affected deliveries. These circumstances have led to a shortage of paper for all suppliers.

Employees and students at Jönköping University are urged to reduce the amount of printing and choose a digital alternative if possible.

All suppliers expect continued delivery problems for a long period of time.
