Test your lifestyle habits

On 7 October, the Student Health Care sent out a questionnaire to all JU students in semesters 1, 3 and 5. The questionnaire page is called Alexit/Livsstilsportalen (Lifestyle Portal), where students can answer questions and receive immediate feedback on their answers and the test.

For several years, JU has had a lifestyle test called Alexit, which was developed by researchers at Linköping University. As a student, you will receive personalized advice and tips based on your answers immediately after completing the survey!

All students can take the test, even if they have not received the email.
