New Post-doctoral research fellows at MMTC
This Autumn MMTC receives new post-doctoral research fellows Brian McCauley and Dinara Tokbaeva.
Brian McCaukey and Dinara Tokbaeva are beginning their 2 year post-doctoral fellowship at MMTC with a focus on increasing digital research at JIBS. Please read more information about them.
Brian Mccauley comes from the Vietnamese branch of the Australian university RMIT but has previously worked at their Melbourne campus, while also delivering courses at Monash University. Brian's research interests are multi-disciplinary and digital including gaming, marketing, communications and social media but ultimately there is a focus on mobile gaming. Dinara Tokbaeva has obtained her PhD in Media Studies with an emphasis on media entrepreneurship from University of Westminster, UK. She also worked as a research associate on the project exploring digitalization of British firms at Cass Business School, City, University of London. Dinara’s research focus is on media entrepreneurship and media management in emerging markets. She is also interested in how charismatic and other types of leadership impact the effectiveness of firms.
