Marita Rautiainen is an Associate Professor at LUT University, Finland.
She is a co-director of the Entrepreneurship Master’s program in School of Energy Science in which she teaches growth management and strategic ownership.
Her research focuses on the dynamics of the family business groups with a particular attention to five main areas: ownership, entrepreneurship, strategy, innovations, and group development.
Marita has more than twenty years of experience in entrepreneurship both in a family business and as a self-employed entrepreneur. She is a member of the expert advisory group in a number of ownership and entrepreneurship working groups hosted by various entrepreneurship organizations.
