We want to ensure that all our projects are of high coproduction quality and provides valuable results. For this reason, we have developed a process called SPARK ECG.

What is SPARK ECG?

SPARK ECG is our process for measuring and ensuring consensus and co-production between SPARK projects and their industrial partners. It is also a tool for identifying success factors at the end of each project by asking companies why they think the project has been valuable and how it has affected them.

How does it work?

SPARK ECG is conducted through digital surveys with both companies and project managers in four different phases of the projects. This process ensures continuous communication with the industrial partners during the project life cycle and the possibility of adapting the activities if needed.

At the end of each project, all four phases are compiled in a report describing how well the project has been carried out in terms of co-production and impact.
