Canvas becomes JU’s new learning platform and PingPong is phased out

JU’s new learning platform is called Canvas. During the autumn semester 2020, all courses will use Canvas and no new courses will start in PingPong.

JU’s old learning platform, PingPong, will be phased out. As a student, you can log into PingPong until 2020-12-31, if you have an active JU account or a local PingPong account at JU. It is therefore important that you download your own material that you want to keep before this date. You may want to download files, make copies of your achievements or anything else that is relevant to your courses. If you have communicated with the examiner about any supplementary test or assignment, it is crucial to save the material that is relevant to you.

You log in to Canvas via http://canvas.ju.se/

You will then have access to current course rooms after registration in Ladok. Teachers must publish the course room before it becomes visible to you as a student. A “get started” guide to Canvas and answers to the most common questions can be found on the student support page in Canvas

For questions about supplementary tests or assignments, ask the course examiner or course coordinator.
