School of Engineering

Do you want the experience of a lifetime? Every year, about 100 students from JTH go to one of JTH's 90 partner universities on an exchange. You can be one of them!

Going on an exchange is a fantastic possibilty to build a network with students and companies around the world. During your exchange you will also develop personally and professsionally as well as immerse yourself in a new culture.

You are the project manager!

Remember, studying abroad is your project. It will give you an edge on your education, increase your personal and professional skills as well as increase your employability. It is, therefore, important that you are proactive and take responsibility for your project. International Office and JTH will be there to support you during the whole process.

Before, during and after your exchange

Under each step on the left-hand menu, you can find the different options that are available as well as the information that you need for your exchange.

Each step has it own checklist and FAQ to make sure you get the correct information for where you are in the process of going on exchange. Some of the steps in the process may differ between an International Campus semester and an Exchange Studies semester.

If you are not able to find the information you are looking for you are most welcome to contact International Office via the buttons to the right.

COVID-19 information

We remain hopeful that exchange studies at JU partner universities will take place during spring & autumn semester 2021. However, we are aware of the current unstable situation worldwide, and we are not able to predict how the recommendations and travel restrictions will look like in a few months.

The application is open, the International Office will support you through the application and preparation process, and we will have a continued dialogue during fall semester about the situation at every single partner university so we can guide you in the best possible way.

Welcome with your application!
