In this course you will acquire workable skills and tools to cope with difficult thoughts and emotions, so you can more easily concentrate on your studies

and maintain healthy relationships. You will learn to set realistic goals and take action based on what is really important to you.

When and where

The course starts on 14 March, 16:00 to 18:00, and runs for six Tuesday afternoons (14 March, 21 March, 28 March, 4 April, 18 April and 25 April).

Location: in House K.
