In line with regulations at Jönköping University, JIBS has a Recruitment Committee assigned to monitor the recruitment of academic positions at JIBS.

The Recruitment commitee is responsible for assessing that each recruitment process is based on strategies and a need for expertise in an objective, quality assured and legally secure way.

A faculty member appointed by the Dean chairs the recruitment committee. The other participants are elected faculty members and one student representative.
