Grading System

The grading system can differ per school and course.

It is always the responsiblity of your home university to convert the grades that you receive from JU into the relevant equivalent. JU is not able to assist with the conversion. In many courses, it is possible to receive the grades with an EGT table, showing the percentage of students that have received a certain grade. This can be requested if need be.

For information on the grading table that is used at Jönköping International Business School, please see more details on the JU website.

Students will receive their grades according to the National Grading Table:

  • Fail or pass
  • Fail or 3 (pass), 4 (good), 5 (very good).

Students will also receive the statistical distribution of grades according to a Grading Table (EGT).

More detailed information on the grading table can be found here.
