Adobe Acrobat
All staff with active employment (not LightUser or External) have access to Adobe Acrobat Pro. If you already have Adobe Acrobat on your computer, you don't need to do anything, if you don't already have it, you can install it via the Software Center. You can also have an installation on a private computer.
In computer labs, students can install it from Software Center.
Adobe Acrobat is not required to create PDF files. Windows 10 has a built-in PDF printer (Microsoft Print to PDF) that can be used from any application where printing is possible. PDF files can also be created from Office applications such as Word (Save as… PDF or File - Export - Create PDF/XPS Documents).
